This role focuses on AWS cloud operations, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD automation, Linux administration, and monitoring platforms, supporting business-critical systems with performance, reliability, and security as top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Linux / Unix system administration, including log analysis, file navigation, SFTP operations, and performance troubleshooting.
• Support and manage applications deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure with focus on uptime, scalability, and reliability.
• Work extensively with Kubernetes and containerized workloads to support cloud-native applications.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy, and automation frameworks.
• Monitor production systems using Datadog and cloud monitoring tools, ensuring proactive incident detection and resolution.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data access, validation, and operational reporting.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Perl to reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency.
• Support incident, change, and release processes using tools like ServiceNow, Control-M, Autosys, and HPOO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, CloudOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth production operations.
