Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Cloud Support Engineer to support real-time payment solutions in the banking sector.
This role is ideal for professionals with cloud expertise, troubleshooting skills, and payment workflow knowledge.

You will monitor AWS Cloud services, support critical applications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS Cloud services and address issues via group mail support.
• Coordinate with downstream systems and vendor products for escalations.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to cloud applications.
• Collaborate with application teams for complex incident resolution.
• Build and maintain knowledge assets (KB articles, error patterns, health check procedures).
• Assist in customer onboarding and error code API documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud support roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services (API Gateway preferred).
• Familiarity with payment processing frameworks such as ACI’s Universal Payments Framework (UPF).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team-oriented, collaborative environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
