About the Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Thomson Reuters, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of our cloud systems. You will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues, while maintaining optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer problems and provide resolution options
• Monitor and manage production and nonproduction environments
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex system/application issues
• Collaborate with application development and customer service teams
• Develop and configure monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Provide ongoing maintenance for client/server applications
• Participate in project planning and technical discussions

About You:

• Experience: 2-3 years in relevant roles (DevOps, Cloud Engineer, Systems Admin)
• Skills: Proficiency with Python, Datadog, PowerShell, Linux Command Line (Bash)
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on with Azure or AWS, and Windows
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Bonus: Experience with Cloud Automation
• Other Skills: Capacity analysis, troubleshooting, networking
