Qualification:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science/Technology
- SRE Certification is preferred
Job Location: Chennai, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance application service and infrastructure resilience, aiming for 99.99% uptime
- Automate failovers and eliminate manual/repeatable tasks through tooling
- Improve service availability and implement break fixes
- Conduct capacity planning and monitor infrastructure scalability
- Optimize monitoring to reduce false positive alerts and enhance observability
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance policies
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams for risk mitigation and compliance
