The Team

The Automotive Insights team combines data science and technology to provide insights, forecasts, and services across the automotive value chain—from product planning to aftermarket. The TechOps team ensures that our platforms remain robust, scalable, and efficient for global users.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer AWS VPCs, applications, and security controls
• Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-native best practices
• Automate infrastructure (IaC) and third-party software patching processes
• Document and manage disaster recovery plans
• Coordinate with Cloud Engineering and IT Security teams
• Troubleshoot production incidents and support requests
• Proactively monitor application health and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years experience in an IT role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in AWS services: VPC, S3, CloudFront, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudWatch, EC2, AWS Security Center
• Hands-on scripting experience: Python, Terraform, Bash
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
