🔹 Role Summary:

As a Release / DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement automation for server configuration, code builds, testing, and deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and maintain operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Automate server configuration, software builds, testing, and deployment processes
• Support development teams with deployment from development to production
• Continuously improve deployment tools and automation scripts
• Participate in after-hours and weekend production deployments
• Document workflows and provide training materials for team and partners
• Engage with DEV, QA, MIS, PMO, Product teams in cross-functional projects
• Attend operations and scrum meetings regularly

🔹 Required Experience & Skills:

• 3 to 5 years in Release and DevOps engineering roles
• Scripting/programming expertise in PowerShell, Bash, Groovy, or Python
• Experience with CI tools: Jenkins, TFS, VSTS, SonarQube, GitHub Actions
• Container and microservices experience: Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure
• Server configuration automation: Ansible
• Version control systems: SVN, GIT
• Troubleshooting compile issues, application and server problems (Windows/Linux)
• Code dependency management: NuGet, Artifactory
• Familiarity with Agile and LEAN methodologies
