What You Will Achieve

• Represent and support your unit with administrative responsibilities
• Assist in event planning, customer service, and technical editing
• Drive team efficiency through process improvements
• Manage time effectively and prioritize daily tasks
• Support digital campaigns, collaborating with Marketing and Medical teams
• Assist with campaign monitoring, reporting, and user experience insights
• Maintain legal documentation and coordinate digital platform management
• Provide analytics and insights for strategic decisions using KPIs
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal procedures

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience
• Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Administrative roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and task prioritization
• Familiarity with process improvement and time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem-solving and issue escalation abilities
• Understanding of pharma and scientific research environments
• Knowledge in commercial analytics
• Basic decision-making skills with awareness of impacts
• Collaborative team player with digital proficiency
