Job Description

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) is a senior engineering role responsible for proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems across multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration.

This role aims to maintain a high level of service to clients, ensuring zero missed service level agreements (SLAs), handling complex tickets, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires independent judgment, deep technical expertise, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical problems with in-depth analysis.
• Develop and implement backup and restore policies.
• Monitor systems and remediate issues proactively.
• Automate tasks using scripting skills.
• Collaborate effectively with clients.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers.
• Document processes and problem resolutions.
• Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Interpret logs and determine root cause analysis (RCA).
• Work with Linux servers in virtualized environments.
• Implement security policies and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments/remediation.
• Manage access controls and authentication mechanisms in collaboration with clients.
