Job Description:
Join NTT DATA, a global $30B leader in technology and business services, as a Junior Microsoft Engineer. This entry-level role focuses on delivering first-line support and monitoring cloud-managed services for clients’ infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and zero SLA breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor client infrastructure and cloud solutions proactively
• Identify, investigate, and resolve low-complexity cloud-based incidents and service requests
• Execute maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes
• Provide telephonic or chat support to clients
• Update and create knowledge base articles
• Support project tasks and disaster recovery functions when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate service workflows

• Strong communication skills across cultures

Qualifications & Experience:
