Job Description:
NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, is seeking a motivated L1 Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure support. This role focuses on supporting Azure cloud services within a 24x7 production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting on Azure (and AWS)
• Monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service operations
• Manage support tickets and respond promptly to alerts and incidents
• Provide shift-based L1 support and escalate issues to higher tiers as needed
• Maintain knowledge base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and provide clear guidance
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change management tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years operational experience in cloud support
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
• Understanding of networking and storage principles
• Certifications like Azure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
