📝 Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) with 3-5 years of RCM industry experience. You’ll ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and the development and execution of automated test scripts.

🗂️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Work in an Agile environment and adhere to QA best practices.
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, integration, regression).
• Identify, report, and track bugs using issue tracking systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to address defects and improve product quality.
• Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and quality standards.
• Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the RCM industry.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for automated web application testing.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Postman and Rest Assured for API testing.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation and data integrity checks.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and microservices/container integration testing is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
