📝 Job Overview

Reporting To: Director of Infrastructure and Operations
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Nimble's Infrastructure and Operations Team, focusing on automation, deployment efficiency, and system reliability. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure while ensuring high system availability for our customers.

🗂️ Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Automation

• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines targeting 80% automation.
• Maintain and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Develop and maintain scripts for routine operational tasks.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for system health.

Cloud Resource Management

• Manage and optimize Azure cloud resources.
• Monitor resource utilization and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Maintain security configurations and ensure compliance requirements.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity measures.

Deployment & Support

• Execute and monitor production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
• Ensure system stability within defined SLA targets.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar technical role.
• Strong background in Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (especially Terraform).
• Strong scripting abilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements preferred.
