Role Overview
As an Associate Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in providing technical support for NICE’s SaaS applications. You'll work across cloud platforms, databases, CRMs, and APIs to troubleshoot and resolve user issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues on NICE’s cloud-based applications
- Inspect network activity and logs via browser dev tools
- Provide customer assistance via a ticketing system
- Maintain communication and prioritize issue resolution
- Work with Tier 2 support to diagnose and fix technical problems
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation
- Perform production system changes and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- 0–2 years in Application Production Support (preferably SaaS-based)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server administration
- Working knowledge of MongoDB/MSSQL
- Exposure to CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Understanding of SSO, SAML, tools like Okta, OneLogin
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Wireshark, basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Prior experience in web-based application support
- Telephony platform experience is a plus
