Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SaaS infrastructure on AWS
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Optimize cloud configurations for cost, performance, and reliability
• Work with DevOps tools to automate routine tasks and deployments
• Ensure high availability and scalability of production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Engineering)

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Cloud Operations or DevOps
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Good understanding of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, etc.)
• Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting (Bash/Python)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Understanding of networking, security, and performance tuning in cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification (Associate or Professional level)
• Experience in SaaS product environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
