About the Role:
Miratech is seeking a Junior Cloud & GenAI Engineer – Amazon Connect Digital to join the Consumer Experience Digital Channels team. This entry-level engineering role focuses on supporting cloud-native contact center platforms and Generative AI-powered customer experiences across chat, chatbot, SMS, email, and WhatsApp channels. The position offers early-career engineers the opportunity to develop expertise in AWS Cloud, Amazon Connect, backend integrations, and AI-driven automation while collaborating with senior architects on enterprise-scale customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring and supporting Amazon Connect Digital including chat routing, self-service flows, and omni-channel customer journeys.
• Support the development of chatbots, conversational workflows, and digital customer experience platforms across messaging channels.
• Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and EventBridge to build backend services and integrations.
• Assist in developing Generative AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore, Strands, and OpenAI APIs under senior guidance.
• Support prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, AI orchestration, and conversational design.
• Integrate digital platforms with CRM systems, analytics pipelines, dashboards, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, CI/CD processes, and production releases while following engineering standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, cloud computing, or AI-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Computer Applications, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of AWS Cloud architecture and services.
• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering concepts.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to build expertise in cloud, AI, and contact center technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms and automation tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and modern software development practices.
