ABOUT THE ROLE Miamin Systems is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with strong fundamentals in Linux, Cloud, CI/CD, and automation. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and system availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Work on configuration management and automation using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker (mandatory) & Kubernetes (preferred)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and environment-related issues
• Support version control, build systems, and automated testing workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency
• Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong understanding of Linux / Unix systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker (Mandatory), Kubernetes (Preferred)
• Scripting knowledge in Python / Bash / Shell
• Understanding of Networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancer, Firewalls, VPN)
• Experience with Git / Version Control Systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Related field
• Cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure – Added Advantage)
