Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Enterprise Integration Platforms (Mulesoft, Axway, IBM Integration Bus)
• Manage incidents, service requests, and monitor operational metrics
• Implement fixes, improve systems, and maintain high availability
• Support patching, upgrades, and migration plans per architecture roadmap
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for solution integration
• Maintain system documentation and enforce integration quality standards
• Assist offshore teams, vendors, and support new use cases on cloud platforms
• Provide weekend/on-call support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 1–3 years in integration platform development/support
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Mulesoft, IBM Integration Bus, or Axway ST
  • Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems
  • CI/CD tools – Azure DevOps preferred
  • DevOps automation and configurations
• Basic SQL and SSL Certificate management knowledge
• Understanding of API architecture and cloud-based integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Relevant certifications in Mulesoft or similar platforms preferred
