Job Description
Johnson Controls is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for its Building Automation Systems (BAS) projects team in Pune. This role involves executing engineering tasks for global HVAC and BMS automation projects, with structured learning and mentorship from industry experts.
This is an opportunity to work with a world leader in smart building solutions and develop a strong foundation in system design, project planning, and quality engineering.
Responsibilities
- Complete design/application engineering tasks related to Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC
- Assist in the preparation of project execution plans
- Attend training, workshops, and team meetings
- Ensure defect-free software/hardware deliveries
- Follow engineering and quality standards
- Work in coordination with senior team members
- Adhere to project timelines and delivery milestones
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electrical
- Final-year students graduating in 2025
- Minimum 55% in SSC, HSC, and Graduation
- Strong observation skills and willingness to learn
- Good communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate in team settings
Probation Period: 12 Months (Full-Time, Onsite Role)
