Job Objective / Purpose

The mission of this role is to deliver world-class technical support for the OpenBlue Enterprise Manager, a suite of applications designed to monitor and optimize energy efficiency, HVAC systems, and space utilization.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Technical Support Specialist I), you will collaborate with customers, development teams, and DevOps engineers to resolve technical issues, analyze IoT data, and contribute to the performance optimization of enterprise systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the data flow from source Building Automation Systems (BAS) to IoT platforms and identify issues such as unreliable or missing data.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems while ensuring customer satisfaction and quick resolution times.
• Log all technical interactions accurately in the internal ticketing system.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and support teams to escalate complex issues.
• Perform analysis of HVAC and IoT system data to identify trends and improve performance.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on new technologies.
• Help improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) – Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Basic understanding of IoT technologies and data communication principles.
• Python programming for automation and analysis.
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Postman for API testing and integration validation.
• Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems and thermodynamics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Strong teamwork and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud, DevOps, or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to interpret IoT sensor data for predictive maintenance and energy efficiency.
