Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Support:

• Support 24/7 Investment Operations
• Perform Business Ready Checks for critical applications and batch jobs
• Take necessary action on failures and report as appropriate
• Provide L1 support for all application-related incidents, tasks, and requests
• Perform NOC responsibilities and monitoring tasks
• Participate in transition of work from L2 to L1
• Review necessary documentation and assist in transition process
• Perform troubleshooting as per knowledge articles and suggest improvements
• Suggest process improvement ideas through lateral thinking and innovation

Other:

• Attend scheduled team and department meetings
• Follow company methodologies and participate in personal development planning
• Suggest enhancements to team processes and ensure adherence to procedures
• Attend training sessions
• Complete administrative activities like timesheets and compliance requests

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 work environment with rotational shifts
• May include evenings and/or weekends

---

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• 0–1 year in L1 support/production support for applications
• Knowledge of investment operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of batch processing and Autosys is an advantage
• Understanding of database queries
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy is an advantage
