As a QA Apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in software automation testing, ensuring the quality of our DELMIAWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms. You will collaborate with global teams in India, the USA, and France to enhance product quality and user experience.

This role is based at the Dassault Systèmes R&D lab in Pune (Hinjawadi Phase 1).

🎯 Role & Responsibilities:

✔ Create & execute test cases to ensure software quality ✅
✔ Develop automated test scripts using Ranorex, ReadyAPI, and other QA tools 🔍
✔ Utilize Sprint management applications for test case development
✔ Report defects & test results systematically 📋
✔ Work with automated test suite libraries and execute automation testing
✔ Identify system constraints & performance issues during test execution
✔ Collect & analyze product performance metrics 📊
✔ Coordinate with QA teams, DevOps, and Scrum Masters for test efforts
✔ Adhere to QA processes, methodologies, and Agile frameworks
✔ Maintain effective communication with technical & non-technical teams

🔑 Required Qualifications:

✔ BE/ME/MTech (2024 pass-out) in any stream with strong programming skills
✔ Basic knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Banana Cake Pop, ReadyAPI, etc.)
✔ Familiarity with C# & automation testing tools
✔ Understanding of Agile, QA methodologies & software development lifecycle (SDLC)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & Windows OS
✔ Strong problem-solving mindset & proactive attitude
✔ Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
✔ Ability to work independently & prioritize tasks efficiently
✔ Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
