Detailed Job Description:

Dassault Systèmes is hiring Cloud RUN Support Engineers to manage and maintain worldwide data center environments, ensuring 24×7 operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work in Linux / UNIX scripting, cloud platforms, and support critical systems for global customers.

As part of the cloud team, you’ll troubleshoot issues (L2/L3), collaborate with local and remote colleagues, and support live production systems in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud platforms and services
• Work with Linux, UNIX scripting, and related tools
• Provide support via phone, email, or chat until resolution
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure uptime and performance
• Participate in rotational weekend and night shifts

---

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of UNIX / Linux
• Basics of Databases, Networking, and Shell or Python scripting
• Understanding of cloud technology (AWS preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts:
  • 6:30 AM – 3 PM IST
  • 2:30 PM – 11 PM IST
  • 10:30 PM – 7 AM IST (night shift)
