Role: Cloud RUN Support Engineer

As part of the Cloud Support Team, you will manage and maintain worldwide data centers (24x7) to ensure high performance, uptime, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Cloud Infrastructure Support for global data centers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor Linux/Unix systems and cloud environments.
• Create and maintain support documentation and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, MCA, BCS, MSc-CS.
• Primary Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux administration.
  • Basics of databases, networking, cloud technologies (AWS).
  • Experience with shell scripting / Python scripting.
• Experience Level: 0 – 3 years.
• Location: Pune, India.
• Shift Timings: Rotational – 6:30 AM – 3 PM IST, 2:30 PM – 11 PM IST, 10:30 PM – 7 AM IST.
