Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain global cloud infrastructure and services in real-time.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and escalate to L3 support when needed.
• Support cloud-based applications used by Fortune 500 clients.
• Use tools and technologies including Linux, UNIX, AWS, and Python/Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve cloud operations processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCS/MCA/MSc-CS)
• 0–3 years of experience in cloud support, Linux system administration, or network operations
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux systems
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS)
• Basic understanding of networking, databases, and infrastructure security
• Scripting knowledge in Shell or Python
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule including weekends
