Job Summary

Monitor and control client operating systems to ensure efficient and continuous performance. Advise on technical aspects of information systems, products, costs, and requirements to meet customer needs. Prepare flow charts, models, and procedures and conduct feasibility studies to design system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to align with the strategic direction of the Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Support automated build methodologies for servers, load balancer VIPs, application firewall rules, and firewall policies.
• Participate in ownership and engineering efforts for new infrastructure solutions, optimizing multiple engineering projects concurrently.
• Maintain installation and configuration procedures and drive automation.
• Support cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Establish and support technical policies and procedures; continuously update operational procedures.
• Drive compliance and security efforts for managed systems.
• Improve availability of infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Infrastructure Coordinators to resolve issues and track project progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute for degree).
• No prior experience required.

• Developing professional expertise with ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Works on moderately complex problems requiring review of multiple factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures.
