Job Description:

Global Payments is hiring a skilled DevOps Engineer with a focus on AI/ML environments to build, manage, and optimize the deployment of advanced model pipelines and AI systems at scale. The role includes managing cloud-native infrastructure across AWS/GCP, supporting GPU-based Kubernetes clusters, and enabling large language model (LLM) and vector database integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML model lifecycle, LLMs, vector databases, embedding & reranking systems
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) across AWS/GCP
• Support containerized environments with Kubernetes optimized for GPU-based compute
• Deploy and maintain vector databases (pgVector, Pinecone, Redis), embedding stores, and feature stores
• Optimize performance, cost, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
• Implement secure DevOps practices: model access control, secrets management, audit logging
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, data scientists, and platform architects
• Orchestrate intelligent agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, AgentSpace)

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering experience (2+ years in AI/ML strongly preferred)
• Expertise in cloud-native platforms: AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Ansible, Helm
• Strong scripting in Python or Bash (Go is a plus)
• Proficient with Kubernetes lifecycle management, containerization, GPU resource management
• Familiar with MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines)

• Experience deploying agentic AI systems (LangChain, CrewAI, Copilot Studio)
• Familiarity with model drift detection, versioning, rollback strategies
• Exposure to secure model governance, prompt tuning, inference serving at scale
