About the Role
Global Payments (TSYS) is hiring Associate Software Engineers to join their fast-growing technology team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for software development to work on real-world payment solutions, APIs, and large-scale distributed systems in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain basic front-end or back-end code for internal and client-facing applications
• Develop and test software in accordance with specifications and organizational standards
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting software components
• Perform testing and validation of developed software
• Understand and apply PCI compliance and secure coding practices
• Support system design and suggest improvements in software processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field
• Basic knowledge of software development using modern programming languages
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, APIs, and web frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of backend development using Java (mandatory), and optionally Python
• Exposure to front-end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, jQuery
• Awareness of frameworks: React.js, Angular, Node.js, Redux
• Familiarity with development tools like Eclipse, Visual Studio, Webpack
• Understanding of operating systems: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), Windows
• Awareness of database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Hadoop
