Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with application teams and developers to improve coordination between operations, development, and testing functions. Your role will involve automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
- Manage IT infrastructure to support software applications.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Collaborate with development teams for seamless code integration.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for recurring problems.
- Follow escalation processes for complex issues.
Performance Parameters
- 100% error-free onboarding & implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Timely customer resolution as per Turnaround Time (TAT) to maintain zero escalations.
