Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Level 1 Linux infrastructure issues.
• Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Perform high-level analysis of complex network system integrations.
• Design, construct, and optimize network infrastructure systems.
• Develop system administration solutions for minor projects and operational requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards and documentation.
• Research and implement innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Participate in rotational on-call support during weekends to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Perform Linux patching using Ansible Tower and Spacewalk.
• Provide production support and assist other project teams requiring Linux expertise.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow processes.
