Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Level 1 problems of Linux infrastructure
• Analyze and resolve technical issues using standard tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Data Center, Storage, Virtualization, and Application teams
• Perform system patching and automation tasks (Ansible Tower, Spacewalk)
• Maintain system standards and document workflows
• Contribute to minor projects and operational needs
• Support the team in production-related issues and Linux assistance for projects
• Provide on-call support for 24/7 operations
