Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Design responsive UI components with ReactJS / Angular
• Work with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL for database-driven applications
• Follow Agile methodologies like Scrum and participate in daily standups and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and project stakeholders
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support
• Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Produce system documentation and technical guides

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and modern open-source frameworks
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and Microservices
• Strong DB knowledge in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
• Version control: Git, issue tracking: Jira, build tools: Maven, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with TDD using JUnit, SoapUI
• Experience with Agile development lifecycle
• Excellent debugging, communication, and teamwork skills
• Exposure to SonarQube, Hudson/Jenkins, and code quality tools

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Java, Agile, or DevOps
• Experience with Struts / Hibernate
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
• Exposure to financial or wealth management platforms
• Working experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
