Job Description:
Carrier Global Corporation is hiring an Associate Engineer to support troubleshooting and voice/customer support for BMS and HVAC assets. The role involves technical problem diagnosis, service support via calls and emails, data analysis, and project work focusing on energy optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service and support via calls, emails, and tickets
• Perform offline activities with accuracy and document all work
• Follow SOPs and escalate unresolved issues to L2 support
• Diagnose and analyze technical problems across various systems
• Analyze energy data for optimization potential
• Participate in data mining, analysis, and presentation projects
• Meet customer commitments and support multiple projects
• Use AI-driven tools to gather insights and analyze performance
• Maintain flexibility to meet SLAs and shift requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting BMS, HVAC systems, or related assets
• Strong voice/customer support skills
• Ability to analyze systems and energy data
• Flexible and able to work shifts and week offs as needed
• Good documentation and communication skills
