About the Role
Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a PLM Tech Specialist to support engineering services and enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of ERP and/or PLM tools.
• Perform change management tasks and review ECN content for completeness.
• Modify parts, documents, and Bills of Material (assembly).
• Update documents, electrical/mechanical parts, and assemblies in PDXpert (PLM tool).
• Ensure compliance with Change Management processes.
• Review and implement changes on Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Collaborate with global engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for engineering tasks and workflow analysis.
• Develop recommendations for test setups and equipment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing Bill of Materials.
• Experience with PLM systems and ERP/MRP tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Limited experience with AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
