Role Description:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Carrier Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Limited’s HVAC division, you will undergo extensive training on the HVAC business, strategies, and go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities:

• Work within the Sales, Aftermarket, and Solutions division of the HVAC business.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of HVAC business operations, sales, service verticals, and digital offerings.
• Assist in offering sustainable HVAC solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop future business through sales and service offerings.

Basic Qualifications:

• B.Tech (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with logical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
