Job Description

Birlasoft is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join its high-performance team in Noida. As part of the CK Birla Group, Birlasoft is a leader in digital transformation, blending enterprise IT with modern DevSecOps practices.

This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for automation, cloud platforms, and secure software delivery pipelines. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage Git-based repositories, and ensure security compliance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployments
• Implement DevSecOps best practices
• Manage source code using GitLab or Azure Git
• Conduct vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and manage incidents
• Work with CB-tools to monitor and respond to threats
• Conduct vendor audits and support ISO compliance
• Deliver security awareness programs and phishing simulations
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Required Skills

• Experience in Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of Git, GitLab, or Azure Git
• Familiarity with security frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, OWASP, NIST, CIS
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
• Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control
• Hands-on with GRC tools (e.g., Jira, Archer) and eDiscovery tools (e.g., Nuix, Relativity)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GDPR, PCI-DSS, ITGC
• Experience with vendor security assessments
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
