Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs to drive operational efficiency
• Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure for project delivery
• Plan team structures, coordinate activities, and manage project management tasks
• Manage stakeholders and external interfaces effectively
• Set up required tools and infrastructure for DevOps operations
• Define and implement development, test, release, update, and support processes
• Review, verify, and validate software code developed in projects
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs across applications and infrastructure
• Monitor DevOps processes throughout the software lifecycle and suggest improvements
• Automate repetitive processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Implement cybersecurity measures, including vulnerability assessments and risk management
• Perform incident management and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
• Coordinate effectively within the team and communicate with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
• Experience with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch
• Familiarity with version control systems: Git, SVN, Bitbucket
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and risk management
