Description:
Areas of Responsibility:
- Must-have skills: Microsoft Windows Azure IaaS and Azure Services.
- Understand and document technical requirements from clients.
- Study the existing technology landscape and understand current workloads.
- Maintain and support existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Willingness to grow and take on new challenges in enterprise infrastructure management.
- Improve and scale operational capabilities in client infrastructure as directed.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 rotational shift model to monitor and support Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.
- Be a contributing member of a global support team.
