Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated System Engineer to join our Global Support Team. You will provide first-level support on infrastructure and application issues, manage documentation and client communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for application and infrastructure issues
• Troubleshoot OS, network, and application-level issues
• Communicate with clients via chat, phone, and email
• Document root cause analyses and create knowledge base articles
• Participate in rotational shift and weekend on-call support
• Proactively monitor systems and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
• Maintain documentation and process improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ADO, Salesforce)
• Proficient in Windows or Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with web servers and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SQL (basic queries)
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware, Docker)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
