Job Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Cloud Engineer I to join our Cloud Services team.
The role focuses on cloud infrastructure management, system administration, and performance optimization in enterprise environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Be an active part of the cloud services team, supporting hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Install, configure, and maintain central computing systems and servers.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, optimize hardware and software resources.
• Provide consulting to applications and database teams regarding operating systems and hardware.
• Document operational procedures and guidelines for system administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure reliable cloud infrastructure and IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in Systems Management, Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Support, or CRM product support.
• Basic cloud knowledge: AWS / Microsoft Azure.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills and familiarity with IIS 6.0/7.0.
• Understanding of DNS concepts and TCP/IP networking.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Team player with a strong desire to learn cloud technologies.
• High integrity, accountability, and ability to handle enterprise-level escalations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or large-scale IT environments.
