Qualification

• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics administration and Azure Web App services
• Proficient in T-SQL for database querying and management
• Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools, specifically Log Analytics
• Knowledge of Kusto query language for data analysis
• ITSM and SLA management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good to have:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300)

Experience

• Administering and optimizing Azure Synapse Analytics environments
• Developing and executing T-SQL queries for data management and reporting
• Managing and supporting Azure Web App services for seamless deployment and performance
• Using Azure monitoring tools like Log Analytics for proactive issue resolution
• Writing Kusto queries for analyzing log data and operational metrics
• Collaborating with ITSM teams for incident management, SLA compliance, and service delivery
• Participating in weekend coverage rotations to monitor and support Azure environments
• Working with multicultural Agile teams across Asia, the EU, Canada, and the USA
