ROLE OVERVIEW As a Backend & DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and scale intelligent platforms that drive efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, banking, and telecom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and scale AI-powered platforms for enterprise use cases
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for production-ready systems
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Business Teams
• Own infrastructure stability, roadmap planning, and feature delivery
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Support AI/AIOps/MLOps workloads, including complex setups like LLMs on-premise
• Research and integrate best-in-class tools, platforms, and architectures

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in DevOps & Software Engineering
• Strong backend development skills in Python and/or Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of security best practices & performance optimization
• Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with AI frameworks & APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Exposure to Low-code / No-code AI tools
• Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure)
