Qualification

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or System Operations Engineer, with a focus on Windows environments
• Proficient in AWS core services: EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda
• Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring solutions: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Datadog, Splunk
• Scripting and automation expertise with PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Infrastructure management skills (preferred): Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
• Good to have:
  • Proficient in AWS networking solutions (VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, network ACLs)
  • Relevant AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps – Associate or Professional tiers)
  • Knowledge of data compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)

Experience

• Managing, monitoring, and maintaining Windows-based servers and services
• Administering and optimizing Windows environments on AWS EC2 instances
• Deploying and managing AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts for system tasks, deployments, and monitoring
• Supporting application deployments and troubleshooting issues with development teams
• Documenting infrastructure, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborating with multicultural Agile teams across Asia, the EU, Canada, and the USA
