Job Role: AWS Cloud Support Engineer
Job Location: Thailand | India | Colombia (Remote options available)
Job Schedule: Full-time
Qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in an AWS-based project
- Good English communication (spoken and written) and soft skills
- Familiarity with AWS Data Engineering stack: S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, Redshift
- Experience with Git for version control
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure tools, primarily Terraform
- Comfortable working in shells and terminals
- Good to have:
- Experience in DevOps: CI/CD, deployment pipelines
- ETL development with PySpark
- Cloud infrastructure: VPC, container-based services
- BI tools experience, especially Tableau
Experience
- Providing extensive support to analytics workloads on AWS Cloud
- Collaborating with the Operations team to ensure reliable data pipeline services
- Managing data ecosystem configurations, on-offboarding, and user support
- Retrofitting cloud infrastructure elements as needed
