About the Gradient Specialist Program:
The Gradient Specialist Program is a unique training initiative designed to prepare fresh graduates for a career in technology consulting. Through structured training, hands-on projects, and mentorship from Google Cloud Certified experts, participants will develop expertise in AI adoption, cloud technologies, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the Gradient Development Program training.
• Pursue and obtain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications aligned with your career track.
• Collaborate with technical and business leads to translate global business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Work in a hybrid model, attending the office 2-3 days per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data, or related fields (Graduating between 2024 and May 2025).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
