Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products (Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office, etc.).
• Manage desktops, thin clients, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Handle migration and deployment of desktops/laptops as per company standards.
• Provide remote support to overseas customers using tools like MS Teams, Skype for Business, and WebEx.
• Ensure security maintenance, virus updates, and patch management.
• Communicate technical issues effectively with both technical and non-technical associates.

Requirements

• Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA
• Basic troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Understanding of Office 365.
• Strong logical ability and time management skills.
