Job Description:
Zycus is hiring a Linux Administrator - OpenShift to join their dynamic SaaS team. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and performance across the infrastructure. This role also requires collaboration with DevOps, engineering, and product teams for streamlined deployments and optimal resource usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• OpenShift Cluster Management: Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain clusters; manage resources and monitor health
• Automation & Scripting: Automate cluster tasks using Ansible, Helm, Bash, etc.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve issues in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
• Security & Compliance: Apply security policies and ensure compliance with standards
• Collaboration: Work closely with dev teams for CI/CD integration and deployment support
• Performance Optimization: Tune system performance, manage scaling, and ensure high availability
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of environments, configurations, and best practices

Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience with OpenShift in a production environment
• Strong in Kubernetes and Docker
• CI/CD deployment experience using Jenkins, GitLab, or Tekton
• Proficient in Linux system administration
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or Python
• Clear communication, strong troubleshooting, and collaborative mindset
