Job Role: Cloud Administrator (Analytics)
Qualification: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: 0-3 years in Data Engineering, ETL, and Data Warehousing
Salary: As per company standards
Job Location: Pune, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and implement Spark-based solutions for life sciences data
- Optimize existing data pipelines for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify, test, and prototype solutions for data processing
- Conduct design reviews to ensure consistency with best practices
- Implement data quality checks, process orchestration, and automation
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and architectural best practices
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with PySpark APIs and Spark SQL
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with AWS services like EMR, S3, Glue, and Redshift
- Understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Databricks
- Exposure to visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
