Experience: Freshers (0 to 6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Provide accurate solutions based on SOPs/KBs and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Maintain and update ticket logs, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA.
• Deliver excellent customer service with effective communication and empathy.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and team collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Skype.
