Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifications:
    • B.Sc (IT, Computer Science)
    • B.Tech / BE (Any Stream)
    • BCA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc (Computer Science)
  • Experience: Fresher (0–6 months)
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Shifts: 24/7 Rotational

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for Windows OS, desktop hardware, and software issues
  • Create and manage IT service tickets within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote diagnostics and guide customers through resolution steps
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
  • Update KB articles, logs, and documentation for service continuity
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
  • Communicate updates effectively via Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.

Skills & Requirements

  • Good understanding of operating systems (Windows), basic networking, and hardware setup
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools, remote desktop tools, and SOP-based troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
