Position Overview

The Service Desk L1 - Fresher position provides technical support and assistance to customers remotely. The role ensures client satisfaction, with a focus on resolving customer issues at first contact. The candidate must have a strong technical knowledge base and excellent communication skills to effectively understand, empathize, and provide solutions at the earliest.


What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, and email.
  • Experience in Core IT Support, addressing clients worldwide (24/7).
  • Troubleshoot and configure desktop hardware and associated peripherals.
  • Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively through platforms like Microsoft Teams and Skype.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
  • Resolve basic technical issues, determine solutions based on SOPs/KBs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Record events and problems in logs, provide updates to customers.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience: 0 - 0.6 months in IT Support.
  • Education: BSc (IT, Computer), B.Tech/BE, BCA, M.Tech, MCA, MSc (Computer).
  • Skills: Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities.
  • Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts.
